We have a 64 bit Windows7 machine that has been running Evo with no problems. Yesterday I added a new user as an administrator and installed Evo for that user. When the new user is logged into this machine and tries to print a PO from PO-B we get “The report file name:\\DIXONSERVER\EVOERP\enpob4.rtm could not be found/run. I’ve tried both T6 and T7 versions of PO-B and using other forms but PO-B just can’t seem to find any .RTMs. It doesn’t seem to matter who is logged into Evo. As long as the new user is logged into the machine PO-B doesn’t work. If I log into the machine as the previous user and log into Evo as the new user the report prints with no problem. The other reports such as Acknowledgements, Travelers, & Packing Slips seen to work fine. Anyone know what I need to do to fix this? Thanks
