Disappearing Sales Orders
06/20/13 at 10:23:16
IN the last few weeks we have had about 3 Sales Orders disappear. We have had the problem about 4 months back. I did notice that this problem was solved a couple of years ago. So I am not sure how it is happening.
We are running DBA Classic 2004.1 with update 10/24/12 SP1.
Thanks
Shanthi

HI,
Does anybody know why this might be happening? We are seeing this happen at least once a week now.
Thank you!

Go into Maintain Database
Open tables BKARHINV or BKARINV Can you see those Sales Orders??
Do you re-index your tables on a regular basis?

Not unless we absolutely need to. I did look in BKARINV and BKARHINV and they wwre not there. Do think reindexing will help the problem?

if they aren't there no need to re-index. They are gone.
I have seen lots of post about data "mysteriously disappearing". We regularly see purchase order lines "disappear"

Are there inventory transactions for those sales orders?
if so, someone could have delete them
