Wireless scanner

We are looking for a wireless that we can use for our year end physical inventory comming up. Instead of sitting at a desk entering tag #' and tag counts, we want to be able to scan the inventory barcode label and be to just type in the count at the location. Any suggestions?  Smiley

Did you ever get an answer on this?  We are looking for essentially the same thing, on we'd like to use it with our daily cycle counting.

What are people using for portable warehouse activities like receiving a PO, cycle counting, etc.?

Exactly what we are planning to implement

Here is one : http://www.waspbarcode.com/mobile-computers/dt90-mobile-computer#tab-1

Is anyone using this particular model?
Doe it really connect to DBA? (According to their website it does connect to your manufacturing/ERP system)

It will not connect to DBA Classic but it will work in Evo using the HandHeld module which has small screens designed for this sort of device.  I also have a user that has USB scanner plugged into Microsoft Surface 3 tablet using Evo in a wireless environment and they are quite pleased with it.

Hi Lynn,

Do you have the instructions on how to connect a Windows CE 6 to Evo's Hand Held modules?

You have to use Remote Desktop.  There is no Pervasive client for CE6.

We got this running but each time the tablet went to sleep it locked a Pervasive license and took another on startup.  Is there a way around this?
