HIPS = host intrusion prevention system, in this case Comodo Internet Security. FYI - no matter what I try, when we launch the SO-I with our HIPS enabled, it blue screens the system (Windows 7 Pro 64bit, 8GB of RAM). Throws a bug check, does a memory dump, and the computer reboots. If I disable the HIPS, SO-I will work. It is not liking Evoerp.exe executing the process CustomerServiceInquiry.jar. I have not tested with the other java apps (will try though once I get a list of them). Even if I add an exception rule, it still does not seem to like that behavior. Just an FYI for anyone. I will post this issue with the HIPS vendor as well. We can't leave this feature disabled on the systems as it leaves them quite vulnerable. Val
