It would greatly improve our production flow to have the customer's preferred shipping preferences tied to their account, and automatically be pulled into the sales order (editable, of course).  With this setup this would enable direct import of all of the shipping information directly into the shipping programs without a lot of manipulation.  Ideally the fields would be able to be manually entered or selected from a list (depending on a setting in the defaults).  Some example data might be:

Shipping Method
Shipping Account
Shipping Insurance
 
Are we the only company that predicts a benefit of such data tied to the sales order?
