Codebase error BLKMENUSU.C Status 50
05/29/15 at 08:11:00

Ok, was in archiving customer data for one of our companies.  When it was finished, I printed the report, then File, Exited out of Evo.  Accounting then had everyone get out of Evo to run SM-J-C.  That completed, everyone was allowed to go back in. I went to log in to start archiving the next letter in the alphabet, but my login produces the error "codebase error:  BKMENUSU.C status 50" when I try to login as my admin user.  I can login under a different
user, but am unable to see or use the menu file as it is saying it is locked by another user.   Sad

Sooo..........???? How do I get back into my admin user account?  Help!

Try UT-A, program T7PACKMENU to reindex the menu file.  If that does not work you need to restore backup copies of the menu files to the root DBAMFG folder.  They are:
BKMENUSU.DBF
BKMENUSU.DBT
BKMENUSU.MDX

You need a matched set of all three files.

oops!  That file does not exist in our system. This is still the "old version" system, 2010, in use.
(We have not yet migrated to the new system).

So am I just stuck restoring the files from a backup?
