There's a BCC setting in your Mail setup so it will automatically BCC to that address every time you send from Evo.
We only have a few users, so we have set up a special email address for each person to use in the BCC. Mail coming in to that address is forwarded to me as well as the person that sent it. That way we have a central repository for all emailed documents, and the sender gets a copy as well.
I have a rule set up to automatically put all Evo documents into a separate folder, but you could also just have it set to put them in your Sent Mail as well.
Now that we are emailing all invoices and statements as well as Quotes and Acknowledgements, I can't imagine the work required to do all that manually. In the month that we've been doing it (one month ago yesterday) we sent over 500 emails. BTW, I did statements this morning and didn't have to snail mail a single one
