SH-H all Blank after Evo Update

I used the Holiday weekend to install version 2017.2. All went well and I checked operation. This morning, I have a report that SH-H returns blank screens. If I enter WO#s for a report, the program returns a blank screen. If I provide a date and customer range it appears to work. The program is T7SHH.RWN and the ISTS Enhancement Date is 8/2/16.

I used the lookup and selected a Status R WO for testing that I know has completed sequences. I will get some header information. On some WO's I get a blank screen, not even header info, and others return a single IDL labor transaction.

Something is definitely up with the Work Order filter. I ran on my 99 test company with no filters and got 28 pages. Some WO are in the 2000 range (Stock WO) and others in 6000 range (converted from SO). I ran for WO 2000-3000 which should have been 10 or so and got a single page, the last one in the range. Have forwarded to programming.

It is actually this program.
