On Work Order qty different than qty to make IN-A (Read 773 times)

JamesO Member Posts: 66	On Work Order qty different than qty to make IN-A 09/25/18 at 07:45:42 We have a work order and a qty to make of 15. When we go to IN-A and type in the part number, the On Work Order quantity shows 16. They should be the same. How can we fix this? Thank you, Jimmy

Or maybe a Service/Repair WO. You can assign Service/Repqir WO to a different Warehouse Location and make that Location a Segregated Location in IN-L-B so it does not contribute to the IN-A totals.

Hi Lynn,

I just showed this to Walter and he has checked your suggestions, but to no avail.
He says he created the work order this AM for 15 pieces( and I do see the QTY to make is 15 on it) but 16 does show on the "on Work order field in IN-A. He also says that when he closes to work order for 15, Sales will be asking him when he is going to make the outstanding (phantom) one.
