I have two open sales orders that i am trying to update so that I can invoice them. My issue is that as soon as I enter the quantity into the SHIP QTY line it immediately reverts back to zero and puts the quantity in the BACKORD Qty line. I have been trying to figure it out and gone over all of the manuals but nothing I have tried has worked. Sure I'm not the only one this has happened to so I would greatly appreciate some help.
