We send out parts to be painted (make-from). They were in an inventory location designated to that vendor. When the parent item came back painted, the make-from item did not come out of stock and on top of that added more into stock.  We tried an SMJC to remove them from stock and it didn't work.  We just tried to adjust them out of stock from that location using IN-C and they came out of stock in that location and ALSO from default, making default go negative.  We need a way to get this item out of stock just from the effected location that won't effect other locations.
