Why can't I save settings in EVO?

I can’t save personal or global settings in SO-C.
SD-A company default security setting is 2.
SO-C
The newly created RTM PS-101.RTM saves.
print non-released lines will not stay unticked.
print kit components will not stay unticked
print comments after shipped line will not STAY ticked.
Any and all help appreciated.
Laura
P.S. I saw this issue several times in the archives of the forum, but i never saw a resolution.

Are you using the T7 version of the program (Exit button has a rex box on it with a white "X")?

Yes i have a red button with a white X. 3rd column in TAS-G for SO-C shows t7soc.rwn. All my users were updated to latest program.
Weirdly I cant get so-c to save anything but rtm. But AP-R allows me to save the tick on all banks accounts. I have confirmed that Save settings works in AP-R but not SO-C on two different workstations.
Still no luck!
For future reference: Go to System Manager PS-G (Maintain Menu Acess Records). Select your user name or group, Click on "Edit User". That will populate the "Group" and "Menu" tables. Click on the "Sales" Group Button then the "SO" Menu Button. With the Group and Menu highlighted, click on the "Menu Lines" tab on the left of the screen. Next click on the entry for SO-C. The 3rd column is "Program Run" If you click on the file name T6SOC.RUN, you can edit the name of the program you want that menu item to call. (You can also browse to the file) Replace the T6 file name with T7SOC.RWN (Note: the T7 files have a RWN suffix not a RUN) Click Save, and exit out. When you select SO-C, you will be running the new version of the program and can check the "Comments for Shipped Items" box. You could also do it the easy way and click the "Update to latest programs".
