All of a sudden we have one workstation that shows solid black boxes on the screen when the user goes to makes choices like "print notes".  The box use to be clear and he could see the choice he made but now all the choice boxes are black.  Everything else looks great.  We just have solid dark boxes rather than clear boxes.  He hasn't seen this anywhere but in SO-P.  
 
We tried resetting his machine and the boxes are still there even after a restart.  
I tried on three other work stations and cant repeat the problem.

He has been using SO-F  on EVO  for months just fine.   This just started happening.
