Issue with Job Number Lookup and Ack Printing

Shipping receives returns to process that come with paperwork that does not have the sales order number (no idea why) but does have a PO # and a Job number.  They use the Job# to print the acknowledgment to put with the RMA and put it on the shelf for processing.  Lately the Job # lookup does not bring up the Evo form window before the print window for these orders.  Instead it skips right to the Print window. If they choose to just print, Evo crashes with an execption error.  If they back out no crash but they cannot process the RMA (and no, sales isn't / won't use the RMA program for only reasons heaven knows).  I gave the shippers a workaround, which is to lookup the customer by name and find the associagted PO number to get the SO# and print the ACK, which works.  
 
Why suddenly does this job # lookup no longer work?  This issue is with only one of our production companies.  If we look at the sales orders in SO-A, we can see the job # in there.

Anybody seen this issue before, or have any ideas on how to resolve?
