We are using Evo Notes and need to print both Routing notes (type ROU) and Item notes (type CSN) when printing a purchase order.  We check the appropriate boxes and get both sets of notes.  Our issue is that the Item notes print first and it makes more sense for the Routing notes to print first and have the Item notes follow.  I can see that the notes come from the subreports, but can't seem to change the order in which they print.  Is that a programming issue, or are my RTM editing skills lacking?  We use the Routing notes for instructions and the Item notes are things like DFARS or ITAR notes that we need to flow down to vendors.
 
We're on the current version and all patches are applied.  Thanks in advance.
