We are getting the following error when we try to go into a sales order:  
      BTRIEVE error D:\EVOERP\DEFAULT\BKARHINV.B - 84
 
I am pretty sure that 84 is the pervasive error for record locked.    But no one else is in it.      
 
Use to when I would get an error message I would reboot our local server but now we are on AWS and I am not sure what to do.

EDIT UPDATE:    Even though no one was in sales order we had a locked record.  It was fixed by  logging the user out of EVO and out of remote desktop AWS.  (Weirdly he was not in the SO module)  
 
Edit Update 2:    I bet our user had his SO-A minimized and didn't realize it.  It appeared he had everything closed but he actually he was in the Sales Order.  This is just my guess.
                       In his defense it is kind of hard to see what is minimized in EVO.
