DBA runs slow on other network computers
07/03/22 at 15:18:21

I have DBA Classic installed on my computer with PSQL V12.  We have two other office computers that we have set up on DBA and installed the PSQL V12.  The networked computers run well on simple DBA tasks like Inventory Item lookup but the networked computers take 10 times the time to run more database intensive routines like the AP Aging Report or MRP.  We've checked the network adapters, our Windows 7 network configuration, made sure that Windows firewall is disabled on all machines, but still no speed up.  I can run an AP aging report in 3 seconds.  Either network computer takes 7-10 minutes.  Any ideas?

If the computer that host your ERP/PSQL runs on Windows 7
That is the problem.

Buying a server could be expensive and seemly unnecessary. You can use Linux distributions to lower the cost
Worth every penny

Also, you can use EVO Cloud Hosting, ask for reviews .....
