AR-C reverse payment ..is this a BUG?

Is this a bug in a recent update?
I am trying to reverse a payment in AR-C and I get the following error. I went back and tried this in an old copy of DBA and it works fine.

FATAL ERR3 - File: T7ARC.SRC, Line: 3056
You have tried to access a file that had not been previously opened, or the file number (FNUM) passed was 0

I am thinking this may be a bug because I scoured the archives and it seems like most folks got this same/similar error after an update.
