I  keep getting an Error Message Record not found in the ERRMSG.B File. 405 when I run the Print Where Used with the Print for inActive Parents flag set to "N"
 
Any idea how to fix this error - tried replacing the ERRMSG.B with another version I had stored locally at install but it didn't fix it.

I have seen that error before on the Where Used program but it is sporadic and we haven't been able to identify the cause.  If your files are not too large, if you could zip and email me the BKICMSTR, MTICMSTR and BKBMMSTR files, maybe I can duplicate the problem woith your data and identofy the cause.  If we can do that, we can fix it.
