Another report needing definition.  Inventory usage is simple enough - transaction type S, I, J or negative A type within a date range will give you either total quantity or dollar value of parts consumed.
 
However, "Turns" is usage divided by some measure of on-hand.  Suggestions requested for defining the on-hand to use - aggregate dollar value of inventory based on GL, IN-F calculated value as of some series of dates averaged together, ???
 
Turns can be aggregate based on dollar value or part by part, perhaps based on some on-hand quantity calculation.  It is the averaging algorithm that needs to be defined.
