We keep having this file open in our server.  Found under Computer>Manager>Open Files.   It seems to use up one of licenses.   Anyone know why this file is staying open or what it does?? We can close it, but it is a hassle.

Why does it only show up on some users?  Not every user has it and I cannot seem to find out what generates it, but when I close the open file I have never heard any screams down the hall that I crashed their system.
