long time in enter routings
12/18/03 at 15:54:05
We are using DBA 2002.4 july patch and I have noticed that some of the routings in enter routing will not calculate the long time parts per hour. I have check the system in Routings display and it is turned to yes. On the routings that will not calculate the long time I have even deleted the routing and enter a new one and even the new one will not calculate the time. All I get are zeros. What could be the cause of this.

Give me an axample of the specific times you are trying to enter and number of processes, etc. and I will take a look. I am not aware of any problems.

lynn:
When I enter in say 20 for the number of processes and it calulated the time per part the long time is staying at zero. The only way I can get the long time to display is to change the time per part which then asks "Do you want to change the calulated time" If you answer yes and then back up to the number of process and press enter through the procedure again then it will calulate the long time. why is this?
Also is there any way to update the long time in a batch process
