Aging A/R as of a Earlier Date
01/12/04 at 10:52:46

We ran an A/R Aging January 5th before any invoices or payments were posted for 2004.

Today, The accountant wanted to re-run that aging, assuming that if 12/31/03 were used as the Aging date, it would match the first aging that she ran on 1/5/04.

The one run today is different by many thousands of dollars.  Does the Aging as of a previous date work or did we not do it correctly??

It should work - did you answer the other questions the same way (include Deposits, etc.)?

Ya know   undecided ... I really need to check out peoples' complaints here before I post them.  I was in a hurry, and I decided to take our accountant at her word.   Angry

Upon subsequent verification of Frozen AR Aging ... It works perfectly!!   Tongue
