We are moving DBA into new XP Professional workstations.  When I move the DBA icon onto the desktop, it hangs up and the program does not load.  The DBA screen with the man comes up, Pervasive flashes, then nothing.  I have to end task to get out of it.  If I try to go back in I get the error message: "DBA is already running....".  
 
The ICON is pointing to the DBAMFG folder on the server.  (If I don't move the Icon to the desktop, but use the Start/programs menu, DBA loads.

Any ideas?

I can move the screen, but there is no log on screen.  After further testing, I am finding on some of the computers, I cannot load DBA from the programs menu or from the desktop.
