Does the inventory audit trail include date and time item was modified, along with creation date/time?
 ???

The Inventory Audit trail is only for movement of Items. Sales, Adjustments, Receipts, etc..) It does not YET track changes to the item itself.  The audit trail includes who, time, and date.

You can see the trail in IN-O

The INVTXN and BKGLTRAN records have the time stamp saved in the EXTRA field.
