License problem on a test server
09/17/04 at 10:31:16

We have setup a small server and a single workstation, where we have installed DBA. We are planning to update our software, get some Add-on programs, and we need a environment where we can do some testing.

We are using win 2000 server, pervasive 2000 with the latest updates, DBA version 2002.4

What we did is to copy from the old server the entire C:\DBAMFG\*.*  to the new server.
Everything seems to work fine, but the SO Module. We get:

Error: You are not licensed to run this program. Please contact www.istechsupport.com to purchase a valid license.

No need to mention that we are fully licensed.

Any suggestion?

Did you also copy the DEFAULT subfolder?  If not, reinstall the latest IS Tech Support update and if it still gives you the message, email me directly & I will send you a license file.
