Do you really mean post date for year 2006, or 2005?

Do you get the I/O error every time?  Does it matter if you take the report to the screen or direct to printer?

The error occurs only when you select a sorting method other than "Sales Order Number"

It does matter if you take the report to the screen or direct to printer.

Thnks
