BTRIEVE ERROR 3012

One of our users is getting a btrieve error 3012 when trying to access DBA, and the software will not load.  I remmber at one point I was able to get a list of btrieve errors, but not sure where I found that list.
 
Any ideas how we can correct the problem giving this error.
