Changed companies, now I can't use Access program
10/05/06 at 11:07:35

We use Access to run a lot of reports.  We recently had to form a new company and I can't figure out how to link our Access program to the new company so we can continue to use Access.  Does anyone else use Access and know how to do this??? Roll Eyes

It has been a while since I did this and I can't remember the exact steps but it is something like this:
on the server, in Pervasive control center, add the new company as database engine, and in DBA run the odbcddf program for the new company, and set up the odbc client connection to the new database on the workstation.
In the ODBC section of this forum there is a link to a white paper on this subject.
