I am trying to delete some very old recurring vouchers/templates. I follow the above instructions but following step 3 does not give me a voucher or invoice # in step 4. Is it because the invoice/template number is displaying blank that I am unable to delete a recurring voucher/recurring template in AP-O Quote from lmk223a on 03/14/08 at 06:24:39:Go to AP-O
1.Enter the vendor code for the voucher you wish to delete
2. Tab over to invoice number and select LOOKUP
3. Find the recurring voucher you wish to delete and press enter
4. The voucher will appear on the sceen at which time press the F4 key.
5. You will be prompted with a message that reads, "Delete this transaction" and reply "Yes"
