I am moving this topic from another one I recently posted-- we discovered today that it doesn't seem to matter if she restarts her computer or not.
---The text version of the AR Aging summary would not print yesterday and it still won't print today.
---The text version of the Detail AR Aging will print, and the RTM version of the AR Aging Summary will print.
I will just have to doctor up the RTM version, but does anyone have a clue as to why this is happening?
