HH Scan & Ship
08/01/08 at 07:32:43

Statement:
I am trying to use the HH-A: Scan & Ship program.  I select S/O number and when I try and when I enter the item number (I assume this is the same as a part number), I get the error message: "This Item in NOT on this Order".  I check the Sales Order and the part number is on the Sales Order.  This happens with any Sales Order I enter. Huh
Question:
Am I missing something?

Thanks,

Dennis

That particular bug has been fixed.  It will be in the upcoming update.

Does this have to do with using the look-up as opposed to scanning or entering the SO number?  We use HH - Scan/Ship all the time and haven't run into this problem.

It had nothing to do with the lookup.  It was a bug that had come out in one version of the program.
