We are using the 12/21 update with the latest patches.  We have had several occasions where the vender notes were inaccurate - from a different vender.  I'm guessing this may have happened during the note reconciliation from Classic to EVO but don't really know.  Is there some place (possibly in maintain database that I can see all vender notes with their respective venders so I can try to get them corrected?  This has been happening since before the last update.

Thanks - I did find them there - so I should be able to just delete or edit them when no one is on the system...right?

How do I get rid of notes that don't belong?  What I've tried so far...I went into maintain database and deleted the notes from bdapvend.b.  Then I went into the vender and the notes were still there.  They say evo notes  and are a type CSN.  I highlight the note and click on the trash can.  It asks are you sure you want to delete and I say Yes.  I exit the note screen and click save for the vender...but when I go back in the note is still there.  I can choose to edit the note and delete the text then save the "blank" note, but it still shows a note is there, but at least its not showing the faulty text.
 
Does anyone know how to get rid of unwanted vender notes?
