WHen emailing purchase orders and sales orders we like to review our order before sending to customer/vendor.  Once you preview, then you have to go back out and select to print order then select "email".    Can we get a option for email to come up after the preview or something else so we don't have to go back and forth.

Thank you!!!!!   This is just what we needed....appears there is so much in EVO that we do not know about...

Would still prefer check boxes instead of radio buttons.
 
BTW, in SO-B, if you choose EMail, after you've emailed it just automatically brings the Print Dialog back (option not set in SD-A).

SO-B email returns to the Print Dialog.
 
I can confirm this.. I will fix it.
 
For the preview of linked documents, Not sure I can do anything there. the way it emails is as an attachment, for print preview (the RTM preview) I could open the documents in the background for the user to look at, but then they could also edit save delete etc..  The only options windows gives me is Open or Print, and in the case of email attach.  what you want is a print preview of other documents and I currently don't have a way of doing that. But I will keep looking.
 
I am also working on a Quick Print Option.. ie just print all the defaults, don't ask each question (RTM Name, Notes, etc..)
 

I just got a test version of the quick print; Assuming no problems, it will be part of the next update which will be released within the next couple of weeks.
