I am about to begin the long daunting task of re-creating our many DBA rtms in EVO.   When I go into Classic DBA Modify Forms and  review the custom RTM and then press save (with or without making changes)  I get the following message.   ' UNABLE TO WRITE TO RBuilder.ini".      I am not allowed to save it  and to exit I must use Task mamanger/
 
How do i fix    "unable to write to RBuider.ini"?
 
 
From  the forum archives:  0n 4-18-2008 a similar problem was reported. however that user received a different error before seeing  "unable to write to RBuider.ini"  and she later discovered a fie permissions problem.   (I don't even know what a file permission is, but since I am not seeing her first error message that may not be my problem)

Note: We just upgraded to the most recent DBA (skipping several versions) and also added EVO for the first time
