This has been repeatable every time in our system, regardless of the workstation or login. SO-O-A does not work by the sorts Estimated Ship Date, Customer Due date, or Item #. All you get is a title page. It does work just fine by the sorts Customer, Sales Order #, Customer PO, and Order Date. We all really need to be able to run a usable report to show what has to ship when, based on date. This seems to be similar to the problem of not being able to run SO-O-User Defined reports from specific workstations, regardless of the login. (Which is what we have been using for years to get this data format.)
