We are trying to convert an RFQ to a Service Order.  There is one line item that has a valid WO/Sequence.  We get the message:
 
ERROR: RFQ will not be converted
One or more of the line items on this RFQ  
has an invalid or missing Work Order Number
or Operation Code on it.  An RFQ cannot be  
converted to a Service Order with this error.
Please edit this RFQ Cannot have a Blank Work Order on a Service PO
 
I have tried with and without entering the WO# during conversion and made a copy of the RFQ excluding lines and notes, with the same result.
 
We have not had any issues converting RFQ's to PO's
