Looking for an EVO using Accountant
03/14/17 at 15:40:17

We are located in Chicago out by the airport and, while long time users of portions of EVO, we have a need for someone who is an accountant familiar with EVO to help us begin creating financial statements in house.  We don't have a full time accountant and our bookkeeper isn't able to manage this.  Anyone out there who might want to moonlight a bit or is free to work with us to reset bad numbers and get us started out or work with us ongoing on a periodic basis?

You can edit the T6GLF1.RTM, and for that you don't need an accountant, you need a person who knows how to edit the reports.

I believe she needs somebody knowledgeable in accounting to look at the defaults, item classes and everything else that impacts posting as well as setting up the financial statements.

We actually need to step up our accounting abilities some and we have never used the financial statement creation here in house - we pull reports and send to an outside accounting firm.
We don't run payroll through EVO - we do GL entries, etc.  So we have "customized" our use of EVO for many years.
Now as we have grown it looks like we should take a serious look at really using the accounting but we need to clear out junk and get some help to know how to get our processes to work right with EVO
So we need an EVO user who has a strong accounting background who can help us get up to speed and institute the process we can move into and/or teach an accountant to use properly.
