SO-O-A Est Ship Sorting issue

When I run this report with Est. Ship Date selected for Sorting it works fine.

I have another user who would normally be doing this run the same report with exactly the same settings and it refuses to sort by Est. Ship Date. I can't even tell how it's sorting, doesn't seem to be by Customer Name, Number, Item number, etc. It just appears to list everything at random.

Any thoughts as to why this would differ from user to user?

The current SO-O-A should have a Enhancement date of 5/01/17. Have that user log out and then back in to see if it changes. If it doesn't change use PS-G and look at that users menu to make sure there program is using the T7SOOA.RWN program for SO-O-A. If that looks correct just for the sake of curiosity look at that users ISTS\DFM folder and see if the T7SOOA.RWN is in there.

They are now getting the 5/01/17 Enhancement date, but it's still not sorting properly. In looking at the report in more detail, it 'appears' to be sorting to the Customer ID/#.

When they ran the report with the proper Enhancement date, they chose a date range and I think it reset the Sort by choice. Double checked everything and ran the report again and now it looks correct. Thank you for the input!!
