We have not been able to run WO-K-D correctly for about the last month since  I updated to the latest programs and we now have the option to select the  Combine duplicates into a single work order.  We have used the same settings for years with success and now we are having issues with the program making 1 too many work orders in the first sub assemblies which then throws everything else off.  Not sure if I am missing  something or it has been suggested that we possibly have some  connectivity issues.  It creates work orders for all the parts needed just not the correct quantities.   There are no  other inventory deficits, or reorder levels  that would cause this to create  the 1 extra on all of the  Work order  BOM's.  We have a top level work order that is order specific and do a batch of 4 at a time so the combining feature  would be very useful.  
 
Any suggestions would be helpful.
