Unable to remove old Cycle Counts (Read 498 times)

Unable to remove old Cycle Counts

Shipping needs to delete at least 5 old cycle counts, but these seem to have no locations listed and so they cannot figure out how to delete them using PI-H.
 
Any way to do this?  Do we have to use maintain DB to remove these counts? (tables BKPIMSTR and BKIPHYS?)
 
Please advise, thanks!

You could use UT-K-B to populate the blank Location fields with a valid Location and then you should be able to delete them normally.

Ahhh...never thought of that!  DAH!  I always forget about that util.
 
I manually removed the entries from the BKPIMSTR and the BKPIPHYS tables (all other PI tables are empty).  Change the loc in the BKPIPHYS table would have been the way to go.
