phantom line in QC

We have a phantom line that we need to delete in QC. What table do I check. I forget.

Might be BKQCMSTR  or BKAPPOL - where do you see it?

We only see it in PO-J-B.
 
Also: we tried the following recently. I backed up the BKQCMSTR and BKAPPOL  I first edited the BKQCMSTR. There were 2 entries form 7/20/20 that Heather said could be the culprit. I deleted one and she rechecked the PO-J-B. Problem still there. I deleted the 2nd record, she checked same issue. I then copied/restored table back. Next We looked at he BKAPPOL and found an entry that I deleted, she checked, same problem. I then copied/Restored table back.

I believe if you populate the BKQC.OUT.DATE in the BKQCMSTR file with a date it should come off the PO-J-B report.
