Every once in awhile we find that an item which has been released, invoiced and posted  remains on the open order report with the shipped quantity x the unit price =  $0.      
 
The item should not show on the report and the math is wrong, though the total $ are in effect correct.  This occurence creates much confusion - we have to back track to confrim that the order went out, etc. etc.
 
 
Any insight on why this happens??
